Question 2

How is BeachClubs.ae different from other booking and membership apps?

Accepted Answer

BeachClubs.ae is the UAE's largest and leading platform dedicated purely to beach clubs, with 150+ clubs listed across all seven emirates. Your club isn't buried among gyms, spas, restaurants or beaches abroad, and guests don't need a paid membership to book you. Listing is free, you only pay a commission on successful bookings, and there's no exclusivity, so you can keep working with any other platform.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Listing your club and the Verified profile are free. There's no listing fee, no monthly fee and no setup cost. With Instant Book you only pay a commission on successful bookings, so you never pay for an empty day. Get in touch and we'll walk you through the terms.

Question 4

What's the difference between Verified and Instant Book?

Accepted Answer

Verified gives you control of your listing, the Verified badge and free event listings, and guests contact you directly. Instant Book adds paid online bookings 24/7, featured placement and top of search, a highlighted map pin, event ticket sales and replies to guest reviews.

Question 5

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Guests pay online by card when they book. Your share is settled directly into your own account at the moment of payment, so we never hold your money, and payouts reach your bank account automatically.

Question 6

What do I need to get started?

Accepted Answer

For Verified, a company email address so we can confirm you represent the venue. For Instant Book, a UAE trade licence, ID of an authorised signatory and a UAE bank account for payouts.

Question 7

How quickly can I go live?

Accepted Answer

We verify claims within 1–2 business days. Instant Book can go live as soon as your payout details are confirmed and your seating options and prices are set.

Question 8

What happens if a guest cancels or doesn't show up?

Accepted Answer

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before their visit. Late cancellations and no-shows aren't refunded, so you keep your share. You can always choose to offer guests more flexible terms.

Question 9

Can I set my own prices and availability?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You manage seating options, capacity, closures and same-day booking from your dashboard, and you can pause Instant Book at any time.

Question 10

Can I promote events and offers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any listing, free or paid, can publish events and promotions at no cost. Instant Book clubs can also sell event tickets, and optional marketing packages give you extra visibility.

Question 11

Can I talk to someone before signing up?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Leave your details in the form below and our partnerships team will get in touch to explain the terms and set up your profile.
