Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort (Azure Pool Bar)

Azure Pool Bar is the social heart of Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, the original beach hotel on JBR. The pool sits in big, palm-filled gardens that run straight down to one of the largest private stretches of white sand on the beach, with Ain Dubai and Bluewaters right in view. The crowd is mostly families, couples and groups of friends who want an easy day without any fuss. Kids have their own pool area and a kids' club, while grown-ups drift between garden loungers, the pool and the sea. Saturday is the day to go if you like a bit of energy. From 4pm to 8pm the Tiki Pool Party brings a live DJ, tiki drinks and pool games. Every evening from 5pm, happy hour at Bliss Lounge on the sand lines up nicely with sunset. The rest of the week is calmer: a swim, some mezze or something off the barbecue at Azure, a walk along the beach and that view of Ain Dubai as the light turns golden. Weekday passes start at AED 129, and the full amount goes towards food and drinks.
