Mamsha Beach Saadiyat, formerly Soul Beach, is a laid-back stretch of soft white sand on Saadiyat Island, right next to the Mamsha Al Saadiyat promenade and a short drive from the island's cultural district. The beach runs for about 1.2 kilometres, with a 400-metre swimming zone and crystal-clear Gulf water that makes it an easy place to spend a whole day.
There are around 750 parasol-shaded sunbeds, handed out first come, first served with your day pass, plus 12 private cabanas if you want more space and privacy. A beach volleyball court keeps the active crowd busy, and there are washrooms on site.
Food and drinks come to you. Scan the QR code, order from the restaurants along Mamsha Promenade and it arrives at your spot on the sand. Outside food isn't allowed. The mood is relaxed and unhurried, more lazy beach day than party.
It suits couples, friends and families who want a proper beach without the beach club scene, and anyone who knew Soul Beach Saadiyat will find the same shoreline under its new name. The beach is open daily from 7am until sunset. Weekday passes start at AED 150 for adults and AED 60 for kids aged 6 to 12, with weekend passes from AED 225. Under-18s need to be with a parent or guardian, and everyone needs to bring ID.
